TheAISuperHeroes reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Description of Service

Resume SuperHero is an AI-powered career coaching SaaS platform designed to help professionals advance their careers. Our platform provides the following services:

• Interview Coach: Prepare for interviews with AI-driven coaching and feedback
• Job Tracker: Organize and track your job applications and opportunities
• Salary Research: Access market data and research salary ranges for your target roles

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to maintain high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that all features will be available at all times or without interruption.

3. Account Registration

To use Resume SuperHero, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and current information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscription and Payment

Resume SuperHero offers flexible subscription options:

• Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $99 per year, billed annually

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or years, but you will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period.

Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing date. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, create, or store through Resume SuperHero, including resumes, cover letters, profiles, and other data ("User Content").

License to Us: By uploading or creating User Content, you grant Resume SuperHero a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our platform.

Deletion: Upon cancellation of your account, you may request deletion of your User Content. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where required by law to retain records.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Resume SuperHero utilizes artificial intelligence to provide suggestions, recommendations, and optimizations. It is important to understand the following:

No Guarantees: AI-generated suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or effective. The Service provides suggestions based on data patterns and should not be considered professional advice from a certified career coach or human expert.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all suggestions before using them. This includes verifying the accuracy of resume content, interview coaching tips, and salary data before relying on them in professional contexts.

Professional Judgment: We recommend consulting with qualified career professionals, recruiters, or other experts before making major career decisions based on our AI recommendations.

Limitations: AI may produce biased, outdated, or incorrect information. TheAISuperHeroes is not liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, code, and content on Resume SuperHero, including but not limited to logos, interfaces, algorithms, and documentation, are the exclusive property of TheAISuperHeroes or our licensors ("Intellectual Property"). You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our Intellectual Property without prior written consent.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The Resume SuperHero name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks of TheAISuperHeroes. You may not use these marks without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMESUPERHERO AND THEAISUPERHEROES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Total Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Resume SuperHero for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, the liability of Resume SuperHero will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by logging into your account settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription." Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Resume SuperHero: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or abuse the Service. We will provide notice of termination when possible, except in cases of clear violation or abuse.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you lose all access to the Service. We may retain your data as required by law, but you may request deletion as outlined in Section 5.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States for the resolution of any disputes.
